Our Team

My name is Matt Drifmeyer  and I have been inspecting homes for a year now. I have always done all my own work around my own homes and have built cabins, boats and even a car.

I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Communications. I enjoy animals, sports cars and being on the Chesapeake Bay.

I owned and operated an auto body repair shop for 14 years.  Writing auto collision estimates for insurance companies is similar to home inspection in that we are using our training to find indications of failure no matter how small.

I passed the National Home Inspectors Exam and I am now working towards my state certification.  All my home inspections are done to the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) standards of practice and ASHI code of ethics.

My member number to ASHI is 251000. I am a member of the Northern Virginia chapter of ASHI and I am an associate member of the Dulles Area Association of Realtors.
