Air Quality Testing

Air Quality Testing is a complete, cost-effective method to test the home for chemicals in the air, called VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). HHI is proud to work with Home Air Check in testing air quality. Home Air Check is so sensitive that it also measures the chemicals released into the air from actively growing mold (i.e., Mold VOCs) that is hidden behind drywall or underneath carpeting. Air Quality Testing is not part of the home inspection. HHI recommends testing air quality in addition to the home inspection. The test takes at least two hours and if scheduled in advance can be completed during the home inspection. Results are normally available in four business days.
