Tim Valaike

Tim Valaike is our Office Manager.  He answers the office phone (703-830-2229), schedules appointments and performs all of our bookkeeping.  Tim is often the best person to contact when you need help tracking down Seth or Matt for a question.  His office hours are primarily Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, but he normally answers the phone whenever it rings. If you need to schedule after those hours and can’t get a hold of Tim, please call Seth at (703-577-7127).  We occasionally forward the office phone to my cell phone or to my wife Mary’s phone in order to ensure that your phone calls are answered.  We are glad to talk with you at any time.

Tim has been providing Customer Support in the Information Technology Industry for many years.  He can answer questions about our services and work with you to get your inspection services scheduled.  If you would like to speak with me about the inspection process you can call me at (703-577-7127).
