Tim Valaike

Tim joined the HHI team in 2011 and began learning the home inspection trade under Seth Hurlbert’s excellent tutelage.  He has proven himself very knowledgeable in all the various systems of a home and in construction practices in general.  Tim’s meticulous attention to detail is guaranteed to provide you with a high quality inspection service. 

Tim is a graduate of Shepherd University and has several years of experience in the Residential Construction Industry, as well as considerable experience renovating and remodeling homes.
