This is a sample report. It does not represent an actual home. It is representative of the types of information that will be in your home inspection report provided by Hurlbert Home Inspection.

Our reports include descriptive information about all the systems and components of the home. There is information about maintenance requirements of the home as well as information on how to care for the home. The report highlights any areas of concern, such as items that need repair or replacement. We will note any items that are near or past their expected useful life span. Pictures are included when they are helpful to understand or explain the area of defect.

Hurlbert Home Inspection delivers the report at the end of the inspection. It will be printed on site whenever possible. Additionally, the report will be emailed to both you and your realtor. later in the same day of the inspection.
