Hurlbert Home Inspections’ Online Scheduling service permits you to see the available times for our inspectors and choose the time most convenient for you. You don’t have to wait for the office to open - schedule at any time of the day or night.
Are you interested in Radon testing? Schedule that online as well to be performed at the time of the home inspection.
If your property has an apartment or unit number:
Please make sure that the unit number is placed in the second address line, or ensure that the address validation did not clip the unit number from the address post-validation.
If your property has a basement:
Please make sure that the basement is included in the square footage of the property. 'Taxable size' does not generally include the basement, and the actual size of the property affects your pricing.
If your property is a pre-drywall or new construction:
For pre-drywall and new construction homes, please contact the office directly. Additional information about the property will be required, and the appointment cannot be properly scheduled online.
Pricing Note:
Prices quoted through the online scheduler are as accurate as possible. But, the information provided does not cover all situations or scenarios, and assumes that the information provided is fully accurate. The final price will be confirmed with the confirmation email after the appointment has been reviewed.
Once an appointment is scheduled, our calendar is updated to reserve that time for you. Our office will review your inspection request and send a confirmation email to the email address you supplied. We will also follow up with any additional questions we may have at that time.

Cancellation Refund Policy:
Should you opt to pay online, and your appointment is canceled and the inspection is not performed, for whatever reason, you are entitled to a full refund minus any applicable fees.
Cancellation One Day Prior:
Should an appointment be canceled or rescheduled the day prior to the scheduled appointment, you may be subject to a $50 late-action fee.
Cancellation Day-Of or No-Access Policy:
Should you or your representative cancel or reschedule an appointment the day of the scheduled time, fail to arrive at the appointment, or the property is inaccessable or uninspectable, you may be subject to an additional fee of one-half (1/2) the inspection price.
